30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PrimaBarre purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, minus the cost of shipping.

Return Conditions

• ✓ Item must be in original, unused condition
  

  (if there are any signs of wear or use, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted)

• ✓ All original packaging and materials must be included
• ✓ Item must be properly packaged for return shipping
• ✓ Return shipping label must be used (if provided)

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
4. Package everything up the way you received it, with its original packaging
5. Send it back to us. Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund and send an email letting you know

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
