We want you to be completely satisfied with your PrimaBarre purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund.
(If there are signs of wear or use, such that we have to resell the item as "B stock" at a discount, we'll need to deduct a restocking fee to help cover for that. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
